TERMS OF SERVICE

USAGE-Completed commissions are for client's personal use unless previously discussed.
-Completed commission may be posted to my social media / added to my portfolio, unless previously discussed.
-Distributing my artwork to NFT/blockchain and/or AI programs are forbidden.TIMELINE-Commission time will typically take around a month or 2, but may take longer especially on holidays. May be subject to previous discussion. I will make sure to update you if I would need more time to finish.
-There is no binding deadline unless previously agreed upon. For special cases like birthdays/specific deadlines, feel free to discuss the timeline with me before payment is done.CLIENT OBLIGATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTSWhen commissioning, the client agrees to the following:
-No refunds to the client will be offered after commission has begun.
-I have the right to revoke a commission request at any time based on schedule or unexpected events. A refund will be given in this case.
-By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that I retain full usage, rights, and ownership of the deliverable. I retain the right to post, sell, print, display, or otherwise use the commission product, unless previously discussed.
-I may hold off on posting/using the illustration by special request (surprises/preference to keep commission private)Commissioning me means agreeing to these terms of service. Client will be held responsible for failure to read the terms of service.

COMMISSION PRICES

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

*Colored sketch lighting will be minimal compared to full illustration and will depend on me. But i will inquire on the mood you’re looking for so I make sure I put appropriate colors

-Illustrations with backgrounds will have dynamic lighting and more complex shadows to make the character blend in. The background price will depend on its complexity and how much the scenery will affect the character’s shadows/lighting.
-For commissions intended for commercial use, double the price of the final product will be charged or a 10% royalty for merchandise/prints.
